Personal Trainer for Writing
So I haven’t been “jogging” in a long while… I have so much thoughts to organize, unwanted fat is slowly building up everywhere and slowing everything down. My thoughts are clotting my blood vessels, as least it feels like it. There is a reason why I named this site/ blog “mind jogging”.
It takes a lot of discipline to write, if not more than the discipline you need to haul your lazy body off the couch/ bed/ chair, all the way to the gym - because there is no personal trainer for writing to guilt trip you, there is also no annual health check to keep you on your toes.
People write voluntarily. For me, my thoughts and ideas are not complete until I put them into a clearly structured “piece” or simple sentences. Not writing clots my logic.
Instead of just putting deep introspective thoughts into writing, I have decided to include all daily observations and ideas here.
Of course, if anyone volunteers to be my personal trainer here, I would very much welcome your generosity as well.
